Feast of Tabernacles

at tabernacle of David, every year they celebrate the feast of Tabernacles.

This is a time where they decorate the altar with  a lot of delicious food. Since real wine is expensive, sparkling juice is fine :-)

fruits of all kinds [maybe except  durians]  were displayed at the altar. Ranging from pears, apples, grapes to Dragon fruit, pineapples  and oranges.

There were dancing, singing, running, blowing of trumpets, worship, clapping of hands making this a very joyous occasion.

If you have never been to one of these feast of Tabernacles, it is something to experience :-)

there are a lot of good food from Curry, mutton, toufu,  chicken, beef, salad, Russian dishes, nasi lemak  of the tastiest kind [RM1 only]!

did I mentioned that this occasion  last at least three days?

Why the feast of Tabernacles?

It is a celebration as a reminder to the Israelites that God has delivered them out of Egypt. It is also a symbolism of the last days. how great and awesome it is when Jesus Christ comes again!
