China Beijing Snow Skiing

Snow Ski was one of those optional in the itenary.

Pushing the cutthroat prices aside, here are the fun pictures of snow ski and lots of man-made ice.

Mom was particularly happy when we set our feet into the snowy place.

One thing we learned was that one never walks up the snow with those skis.

After you ski down hill, you take them off and walk.

Being all scared of the cold, we dress up to look like MI2 in the day light.

With no trainers (kiasu to pay), we learn by observing the others.

Going through the school of uphill snow is a hard knock process.

In the effort to save money (trainers wants to charge a lot because they ain’t going back hometown during this chinese new year season), dad took on himself, the responsibility of being the coach.

It was indeed a very fun experience. Too bad no falling snow, but since my bro are almost the same size, we easily changed ski shoes and gears.

No falling snow was quite a bummer as we were looking forward to it. Nevertheless, we skip the coldest part of the winter.

Sealing the whole day with a shooting star in the clear blue sky.

    Was that a real shooting star in the last pic?

    hehehe, thanks to Daniel’s wide angle lens. the “star” is actually a plane flying across. Must be it’s exhaust trail. I can take cute pics of you too ;)
